Newport Beach, CA -- The nine boutiques at The Cove, a hip and newly re-purposed shopping destination on Newport Beach’s Mariner’s Mile, is hosting a fun shopping night for those who need Valentine’s gift ideas or need a little love for themselves on Thursday, Feb. 10 from 5-8pm.

The Cove boutiques (Posey Couture, The Hat Loft, Little Relics, Blend, Clarity RX, MerMade Designs, Little Stylings, Laura Matthews Designs, and Studio Fringe) are offering hundreds of gift ideas for Valentine’s of all ages from $30-$300. With festive cocktails including pink Champaign and Valentine’s treats in each shop, The Cove will also have a food truck there to provide free food while supplies last.

Laura Matthews Designs (Laura Matthews) – Original, handmade jewelry with a funky edge, designer handbags, belts and accessories. (Mon.-Sat. 10am-3pm)

Little Relics (Caitlin and Donna Whelan) - Antique Jewelry and Found Objects; based jewelry line Of recycled repurposed antique pieces.(Tues.-Fri. 11am-5pm; Sat.11am-3pm)

Little Stylings (Melinda Hovee-Harlan) - Children’s consignment couture for moms to be economical, fashionable, and live a little lighter on the planet. Reduce, Reuse, Rewear. (Mon.,Tues. 9am-1pm; Wed., Thurs. 10am-4pm; Friday 11am-5pm; Sat. 12noon-3pm)
