The Irvine Cove Property (2495 Riviera
Drive, Laguna Beach) Will Be Presented in a
Sealed Bid Offering on Thursday, June 27
Newport
Beach, CA – Now available, 2495 Riviera Drive, Laguna Beach
is one of only five homes that opens directly onto the sands of Irvine Cove, a sought after stretch of Southern California
coastline in a gated private community. Unique property specialists Rob Giem and Tad
Baltzer, top producing agents at HÔM Sotheby’s International
Realty, a luxury residential
brokerage firm representing fine properties across Southern California, will be
presenting the property in a sealed bid.
The list price for the property
is $41.5 million and the minimum bid is $28.8 million, which is also the
published reserve.
Bids are due before 5:00 pm on
Thursday, June 27 to Rob Giem
(949.933.7046) at rob.giem@homgroup.com
or Tad Baltzer (949.554.4140) at tbaltzer@homgroup.com.
“The

well as get additional information on 2495 Riviera Drive: http://www.lagunabeach-oceanfront.com
About 2495 Riviera Drive, Laguna Beach:
Featuring
115 linear feet on the beach, the approximately 7,200 square foot
residence includes five bedrooms and nine baths. Completed in 2012, this
striking residence perfectly embodies the promise of such an extraordinary
oceanfront parcel. The defining elements
of California design – walls of glass, generously scaled rooms, a central
courtyard, an informal plan, and correlated indoor/outdoor living – have been
successfully incorporated into the design.
Clad in mahogany, bronze,
limestone and glass, the substance of the structure is undeniable. Seamless
transitions between interiors and exteriors evidence the transparent design
complements this one-of-a-kind oceanfront setting. Offered well below the cost,
this is an exceptional opportunity which will not come again.
